General Delivery Information;

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Most items are available worldwide - but regrettably we cannot offer Fabric, Lampshades or Furniture items outside of Mainland UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days - Fabric is the exception whereby it is printed to order and usually dispatched within 10-15 working days. Significant delays to dispatch are rare, but in the event, we will contact you via email / telephone details supplied with your order.

Fabric is stocked by retailers in a number of countries - Please get in touch with the distributor, Art Of The Loom, to find out whether your country outside of the UK has retail stockists or agents; Contact

Shipping is via a Tracked & Signed Service at a cost of £9.99 per order.
Items to Europe are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

United States Of America;

Shipping is via a Tracked & Signed Service at a cost of £16.99 per order.
Items are usually delivered within 5-7 working days from dispatch.


Product Packaging Information

Art Prints are carefully packaged flat within strong cardboard and reliably arrive in perfect condition. 
Ladies' and Men's Accessories arrive Gift Boxed inside outer packaging.
Fabric is packaged rolled to avoid creasing.

Made To Order Items

Should you purchase a 'Made to Order' item, dispatch will take longer; All items which are 'Made To Order' should state clearly as such in the product page information and detail the expected turnaround time - Please refer to individual product pages for details on the time scales of each product. In the rare event that a longer time scale occurs than was expected, you will be updated promptly as to an expected delivery date. We will use the contact details that you provide when placing your order to advise you where needed.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 working days (starting the day after delivery of the item to you) for a full refund if, for any reason, you do not wish to keep the item.
We require you to return any unwanted item in it's original condition, unused and carefully replaced in the original packaging supplied. We advise that you use a tracked postal service if returning an item. Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly and carefully check the product to establish the condition prior to processing your refund. 
In the unexpected event that you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will also pay the cost of a tracked return postal service. Refund payment will be made upon receipt of the item back to us and completion of our returns process. (We are unable to offer returns/refunds for items which are Made To Order or Personalised. The exception to this is where the item was an incorrect or defective at the time of our dispatch.)
We always aim to process any refunds as promptly as possible; The time taken to process a refund includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually within 2 Working Days) and the time it takes for the banks to process our refund request. You will always receive an agreed refund within 30 days of returning the item(s). However, in most cases you will receive a refund much sooner.
